| The HR-Force 100 watt 810nm continuous wave diode laser for permanent hair removal is one of the most effective, compact and powerful hair removal lasers available today. Operating at 810nm the HR-Force delivers the optimal energy levels needed to effect permanent hair removal. The 810nm diode laser is considered the most efficient light source available for hair removal applications. Laser hair removal is achieved when laser light is applied to the epidermis. The laser energy is absorbed by the melanin in the tissue which in turn is transformed into heat that safely destroys hair follicles and surrounding tissue. Other lasers working at wavelengths below 810nm such as the Alexandrite laser (755nm) and the Ruby laser(694nm) are not able to produced sufficiently long pulses that are needed to protect darker skin types. |

| HR-Force Scanner | |||||||||||||||||||
The HR-Force scanner covers an area of approximately 24 x 24mm, by means of a special scanning pattern that ensures optimal heat distribution. A pattern generator is able to lay nine 8 mm spots down every 1.1 sec and the pattern may be modified by the operator down to a single spot for treating small sensitive areas such as ears and eyebrows. Energy and scan settings can all be adjusted directly on the scanner handpiece. This offers the technician an efficient and convenient setup and provides the patient added comfort and safety. |

| HR-Force Cooler | |||||||||||||||||||
| The HR-Force maximizes laser energy transmission with the use of an integrated sapphire cooling window. The HR-Force continually cools the patient treatment area through the use of an especially designed sapphire cooling window. Laser light is transmitted through the cooling window which can be adjusted from -1°C to 5°C. The aggressive cooling capacity allows for higher doses of laser energy to be distributed to the targeted areas, while the epidermal melanin is protected. Better cooling not only protects the epidermal melanin from being damaged, but it also reduces pain perception caused by heat from the converted laser energy. Continuous cooling makes it possible to treat darker skin types with higher energy levels and still avoid unwanted side effects thus making treatment even more efficacious. |
